REQ-sega genesis/megadrive emulator

i need a sega genesis/megadrive emulator for my 2.60 psp, all the ones i have try don't have sound and don't go to full screen.

I use Dgen on my 2.6.. It works fine, cept the sound can be abit crackly.

hi there,

i have been using dgen 1.3 successfully for a while now.

it runs full screen with no problems.

i use biere eloader 0.96 with gta.

i also had megadrive 0.22 but that wasn't as good.

the 096 eloader should work the same for 2.6 but i have 2.5 firmware.

with this version you can use the shoulder buttons to access other menu's for configs and things.

the only problem i found is that when switching between them sometimes it hangs up. but i either
power off or use L+R+start.

also to save a game like phantasy star for example you have to save in the game
then press the Left shoulder button it takes you to the menu screen
from here you press the triangle button for" save to
sdram" it calls it then press the o button to confirm.

when you do this it will save your game ok but you have to reset the Dgen because when you try to go back to the game the screen is blank but the game is still running.

from the screen which you save on hold L+R+start to exit dgen and go back to the eloader menu.

then just reload your dgen and select the game again.

yes dgen does work on 2.6 but theres a few lil tricks to keep in mind only 0.70 will work on 2.6 and you have to place the roms in the same folder as the eboot and even more than that the roms you put there have to be un-zipped!!! for help with dgen for 2.01 2.5 2.6 users email me ill help you get it running....and give you a copy of 0.70 if you need it...as the download does not seem to be up anylonger @ psp news!!! wtf happen!!
