If you want a quick route into homebrew development, I suggest you look into the lua player.

Lua games and applications are a form of homebrew! ;)

Homebrew is basically application and games that (many people have coded at home and) are not officially supported by or condoned by Sony.

All the games/apps that you were 'playing' on Lua player are all text scripts (similar to javascript) with calls to some of the LuaPlayer's built in functions. If you have no prior programming experience, Lua is a good place to start.

yea, I am trying to learn right now. It's really difficult, even for an easy programming language, as I have never progammed before. It's frustrating, but I want this to lead into C++ for me. I am eventually going to be a great programmer and here's where it will all start... it's my dream don't knock it, just look for my name in 7 years. "grin.ch Industries" or something to that effect.
