Neo-CD Redux (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=69943) works just fine on the GameCube, and on the Wii in GameCube mode.
But perhaps it'd be relatively easy to port the emulators to native Wii mode, so the Wiimote&Nunchuck would be supported? Also, adding SMB/USB/SD support for storing the roms/isos could come in handy. :)
There's an unofficial Wii port of Neopop (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Neopop_Wii), but it might be developed a bit more... :)
