Hi,

Hope someone can help me....
I am trying to downgrade my eur 2.0psp to 1.5.

I followed the MPH tutorial to the letter, copied all the files correctly into the right folders, and then ran the program that resides in the PHOTO menu.
This tellls me the patch was successful and to reboot. I have to cut the power, no other way to reboot it seems.
I have checked there is now an index.DAT.BAK on the PSP, and when i boot it up it says i have to upgrade to 2.00 again and not to 1.5!!! I used the JAP version of the eboot file.

Can anyone shed some light on the possible problem here please??
thanks

In the games menu, select memory stick.

you need to have the 1.5 update in the game folder on stick or if you can the 1.5 on a umd
it sounds like you are trying to run a 2.0 update off the disc... come on, use some common sense

BTW, euro Metal Geat AC!D has a 1.5 update on the disc, i used it myself
PSPset X is alot easier

You need to have the update in the UPDATE folder (it must be caps) - PSP/GAME/UPDATE/Eboot.pbp.
