M3i Zero - Not Upgrading

I've recently purchased an M3i Zero the replace my old (and fake) R4.
I've put all of the required files into the SDHC Micro Card, inserted the card into the spring-loaded slot on the M3i, inserted the upgrade cable so that the arrow is pointing to the back of the card and then inserted it into the USB port on my laptop.
No light has flashed to indicate that anything is happening and when I put it into my DS, it still isn't recognised as a DS game.

try a 2GB sd card...remember the system file and f_core should all included..
if the light still not blink...it may have something wrong with the cable...
