Hey,

I've got a series of files, the fist of which ends ".SelfBoot.7z.001" and the last ends ".SelfBoot.7z.042". I've also got a .sfv file which confirms everything's where it should be.

I know that .7z files are like zip files, but when I try open them with WinRar, it says "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged" Can anyone offer any suggestions where I'm going wrong, or if I need different compression/decompression software to put these together into a .cdi file?

Never heard of them splitted before, but 7z is 7-zip's (http://7-zip.org/) archive.

IIRC, 7zip implemented multipart files in one of their latest versions.... so if you get 7zip from fackue's link you'll be able to unpack those files.

Wow, thanks dude, WinRAR wouldn't work on this one. :D
