My brother recently got a PSP and wanted to try out some roms and homebrew but he doesn`t have GTA LCS.

Simple question: Is it possible to rum emu and homebrew without GTA on a 2.60 psp? and if so how?

Any feedback would be very helpfull, thank you :)

xXSujoXx and Cooe14 are correct, GTA:LCS is thirty dollars at your local store, and you can play homebrew on 1.00 and 1.50, 2.00 you still need the TIFF Exploit from GTA to play homebrew and emulators.

Dude the TIFF exploit and the GTA exploit are two ENTIRELY different things the TIFF exploit was the one found in 2.00 that allowed the downgrade and later the 2.00 eloader, the GTA exploit was a savegame exploit that allowed homebrew to run on 2.01 to 2.06 firmwares. The two exploits have almost no relation.
