Yes go get it here - noobz (http://www.noobz.eu/) then go to the left side of the page and click on "EBOOT Loader", and then scroll down to "eLoader v0.97 ("Bock" edition) (updated 4 Apr 2006)" in that section csownload the automated installer and the README.TXT and read how to install it.

ok, i got eLoader to work, so where do i put Monkey64 and where do i put the roms to play on it?

You put Monkey 64 in the "GAME" folder, make a "ROMS" folder within Monk not Monk% and from there load up the Eloader select Monkey 64, hopefully you did read PSMonkey's readme text file so you know what to do when loading roms. And, then enjoy his Nintendo 64 emulator. Hope I helped.

Actually, you put the roms in a folder in the root of your memory stick called N64. its all in the readme...
