help with 2.6

Hello,

Im sorry to post this as im sure its been covered but im no good with forums and iv been looking here for an hour now and can find anything.

I just had a white psp sent through..... havnt got a clue about these things but from reading here i gathered the firmware was an important thing to find out so i looked and its 2.60.

Just wanted to know if it is possable to rum a megadrive emulator on this?? if this has been mentioned and im overlooking it if someone could link me to the thread id really appreciate it.

quite an in-depth guide would be nice as i really dont have a clue what im doing on dont want to mess up the psp :(

If you have GTA: LCS it can. If you have GTA go here- noobz (http://www.noobz.eu/) and go to the left side and click on "Eboot Loader" then scroll down to "eLoader v0.97 ("Bock" edition) (updated 4 Apr 2006)" and in that section click on "automated installer" and "README.TXT". Read the README to figure out how to install the GTA Eboot Loader.

Once you get eloader running download DGEN 1.30 here (http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=ja&u=http://syn-k.sakura.ne.jp/dgen_psp/&prev=/search%3Fq%3DDgen%2B1.30%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26safe% 3Dactive). Version's 1.40 and 1.50 don't work with eloader.
