Some help with Pacman would be appreciated

Can't get the iso for pacman to work, have tried everything. Found a link that told me to unrar the iso and add a file, but it doesn't tell me how to do this....

and also while i'm here, the MPHloader is on my psp but how do i load games with it?? it only loads up the umd that's in the machine.
