V1.5 iso problem

hi all,
i have a problem with my psp in that when i load isos they run ok but they act like my anologue buttons are stuck the menus keep scrolling up and down and if and when you get to the game it is the same thing and the charactors act as if the buttons are stuck.
strangley enough this does not happen with umd games.
anyone had this problem or can help me out here?
