I've just bought an R4 card for my DS with moonshell installed. I want to put my itunes music on the SD card but the files are in aac/mp4 audio format so won't play. The card supplier has told me I need to convert all my files to MP3 first - is there an easier way or another music player for the DS that is aac compatible? Thanks!

Moonshell (http://www.ds-xtra.com/MoonShell2)can't handle AAC that are encrypted. As I understand it Apple DRMs AAC files to stop them being copied and distributed :(

Have a go with DSOrganize (http://www.ds-xtra.com/DSOrganize), it says it support AAC/MP4 but does not mention if it has a problem with encrypted files.

If that doesn't work...it's a pain but doing a mass convert may be the only way...perhaps start by converting a couple of AACs to remove the encryption (warning: you could be breaking you county's laws by doing so)..and convert a couple to mp3. Then test them out to see which is easier/quicker/better for Moonshell.

Let us know how you get on.
