Ive tried looking for a 50hz compatible text reader to read txt files on my Dreamcast. Ive got a 50/60hz TV at home and 60hz programs work fine, problem is id like to take my dreamcast with me along with some txt walkthroughs to my relative who only has 50hz TV.

Anyone know how I could read txts on 50hz?

Ive found a program which could read txts but its nativly in 60hz mode. Its called DC Playa. Ive got it in .nrg format and in separate files.
The Pal Converter readme says I need to have an unscrambled binary to convert. How could I get it?

Anyone got a movie player with unscrambled binary file I could make to PAL 50hz mode?
