since you can download locoroco, cant you put on game backups on your psp?

The process of it mite or mite not be legal but like Zion said talk of it is NOT permitted here..

It's perfectly legal if you own the game, but some people still believe it is bad. That's what I did because I hate loading times. Go to psp-hacks.com because they do talk about this kind of stuff.
