Not all 2.5 games can work on 2.0, some of them can work but will have missing sound. You can do a search for a program called Pspsetx for 2.0. Make sure you do not get the one for 1.5 firmware though. This program will allow you to fake your 2.0 firmware to 2.5 or 2.6.

However, my advice to you is to downgrade your Psp to 1.5 firmware and then use Devhook 0.41C because it can play almost any 2.5 UMD flawlessly. I am currently using it to play Sims2, Smackdown Vs Raw, SFA3, GTA, BOF3 and other 2.5 firmware UMD's.

DevHook 0.41d plays the LocoRoco Demo... and that's 2.6fw

Gonna try Outrun when I get my UMD back.

Use the Devhook 41d complete setup by a guy named Chaos Zero.
