you need to chip your dreamcast then have everything you want on a disc i imagine!

WRONG! you should go to dreamcast.dcemu.co.uk, and find a tutorial. try learning about dreamcast before posting about it.

you need to put them on a cd in either cdi format or discjuggler format. And the dreamcast does not need to be chipped :p
