We at DCEmu cover so many Consoles and their scenes that its much easier to ask the visitors to the site what they think is the best for each Console.

This is actually a tough one.

I really like PSPRevolution, having made a mod for it, and with all the awesome mods there are for it. But I also believe OpenBOR gives it a run for its money.
