Frankly, we're surprised it took this long, but lo and behold, here we are with the first video of the Nexus One (http://www.engadget.com/tag/NexusOne/) we've seen. It's just the all-too-brief and familiar boot animation (http://www.engadget.com/2009/12/14/android-2-1s-boot-animation-for-the-nexus-one-reminds-us-of/), but thenexusone.com promises this is just one of many videos to come, and with any luck, a nicer video camera (http://www.engadget.com/2009/12/11/engadgets-holiday-gift-guide-video-cameras/) can be found in the interim. Also on hand is a few snapshots of the casing it came with -- don't read too much into that, however, as even the developer-only Google Ion (http://www.engadget.com/tag/Ion/) had fancy packaging (http://www.engadget.com/2009/05/27/google-ion-hands-on-and-unboxing/).
