Out of all the emulators released so far that are compatible with either the N-Gage or other series 60 phones which in your opinion is the best one and why, you can choose from

3 gameboy emulators
2 mame emulators
1 commodore 64 emulator
1 msx emulator and also a spectrum emulator.

Help others by saying which ones best :)

C64 emulator for pc was shareware still is. Emulators have been sold for a long time.

Remember buying a spectrum emulator for amiga. I remember buying a CPM emulator for the c64. I remember selling emulators is fine as long as it's Sega like the smash pack.

nothing wrong with selling emulators. Seems lot of lefty's have got in control of the internet and rave outter rubbish to the world

Some of the first retail software was emulators.

i think the best emu for n-gage has to be picodrive. it has no sound but the speeds seem to be almost perfect. i was playing sonic just a minute ago and could hardly keep up with it but i guess the small screen has to do something with it.

as for the rest, i think they are shite! none of them run at full speed and the sound emulation is pathetic!

paying for emu's is an absolute con! do what i do, look on overnet or kaaza and im sure you will come across a few with keygens!

I don't mind Vboy and Vnes- although some games don't run at full speed- at least they are pretty good.
Vsun doesn't run very well at all- does any one know of any good SNES emu's for N-gage??

Also does anyone have any experience with the Sega Master Sysytem/ Gamegear emu SMS Plus S60???
It keeps asking me to load rom from a designated drive like " c:\" or "d:\" Where do you put the roms in this program???

Some of the free demo's from the N-gage website are pretty good too- like Mile High Pinball.

best NES emulator: yewnes 2.01
best gg\sms emulator: sonicboy (which for some reason isnt listed on the page)
best gameboy emulator: goBoy plus

picodrive and vsun are ok, but both have huge annoying bugs, and have no sound

mame is good, but lacking in game support

as for msx, zx
dunno, never had those. my first machine was a 286 pc on which i played paratrooper constantly.
still no emulated version for that game...

Please don't revive old threads. The topic is about emulators for N-Gage.
