All you need to do is download the PDF (http://kits.sparklelabs.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/ChristmasTree.pdf), print it out on card stock, cut it out, tape the ends closed and ipop some LEDs in there for color. As you can see in the image above, the light filtered through the layers throws a festive pattern on the walls.
