So I have seen that the iPlayer has been hacked to play GBA and jumped to buy one but then I realized that it did not support DS emulation. I read up on the card and saw that their original idea was to remain anti-piracy. But it is a Slot-1 card and I was wondering if it could be hacked to emulate DS anyways.

I'm not asking if it has been done. Only asking if it can be done.

I'll be the first. No, the iPlayer can't play DS games and I don't think it will be able to. To emulate a console you need a console that's much stronger, it's impossible to make an emulator working on iplayer. The iPlayer blocks a certain code in commercial roms, making them impossible to play. It's possible to play GBA, but that's because an emulator was made for it.

In short: You can't make a ds emulator to work on iPlayer and can't 'hack' the card to make it play commercial games as of now.
