i know i dont have a TA-082 because my factory firmware was 1.50 ( i got mine in october and i know it was 1.50 becuase when i got it it didnt have a "network" menu and i had to upgrade to get it.)

I made sure my power adapter was plugged in, and that there was plenty space left on the memstick.

Worked like a charm!

Good luck with your downgrades everyone.

Yeah its hard to say what actually effects the downgrade process. Following other peoples advice can't hurt though, you never can be too safe ;)

too free up space on my mem stick i will copy my GAME and MUSIC folder to my computer and then delete everything in them to free up a lot of space. then just copy everything i need for the downgrader onto the GAME folder.
