It's a file mentioned on the PocketNES homepage, and it has a sort of cheat system thing. How do I add cheats to PocketNES games? Are they GG codes?

Sorry for the double post, but I'm trying to add cheats to Pocket NES FF1 and FF3j with English Patch.
