Getting homebrew on DS Lite

I would like to get a M3 adapter plus the Passcard 3 for my DS Lite to play backup games. I live in the US and would like to know where the best place to order this from. Thank you.

I plan on getting the SD version, is there any difference (in quality) between the SD and the CF and the SD Micro?

Another question: I brought my DS Lite to my cousin's house and tried his M3 + Passkey 2 on my Lite and Metroid Prime Hunters didn't work. It works on his, is there any reason?
