iso's are pretty much "images" of retail games(such as lumines and etc.) that you download and use iso loaders to play. Thus allowing you to play a game you would normally pay for... It is very illegal.

just read the readme that comes with it if that most programs u jus have to put in the games folder what firmware you got

Well, we can't help you out unless we know your firmware version. If you have 2.7+ then you're screwed.
