Just wanted to let everyone know that the original set of japanese maracas (Pictured below) work very well with the US version of the game.
I'm just writing this up because I did a bit of a gamble, and didn't know whether they would work, but it seems the sets are completely interchangeable, so the US release maracas would most likely work with the JAP games too!
