Rin wont load

Hi guys, I've been having trouble with RIN, I have a 1.5 PSP and I've installed Devhook, Snes9x_tyl and Vector Infector. I know what should more or less be done to get homebrew on the memory stick, but I cant figure out how to install RIN in the memory stick with only one eboot. I know there should be 2 folders under GAME, ex: snes9x and snes9x% both with an eboot, but RIN only comes with one eboot, in one folder which even though I try to play it it says game could not be started. what am I missing???

Use Kxploit on the Rin eboot

then put the new eboot in a folder named "Rin%", and put the eboot and all the other stuff that came with Rin in another folder named "Rin".
