Missing WEB Icon from main menu

Hi all. Firstly a newbie here so a big hello.

I have just bought the NDSi and a couple of games.
All is well.

I also bought the R4i SDHC with 100% succses on installation etc.

I have just updated the firmware to the latest version 1.15b.

All is OK except i noticed my WEB ICON has dissapeared from the main menu.

I downloaded the older firmware 1.14b and tried installing that after i formatted my memory card and formatted everything in the NDSi.

Can anyone please help? I need the WEB icon back.

It appears that it must be downloaded.
