Okay people might be interested in this now from the pic it didnt look to graphical but the game looks good. Its a copy of Dr.Mario for nintendo. The reason this should be ported is if anyone is a fan of Dr.Mario and cant seem to get it. You might just be able to get this one also looks beautiful i do have 3 sites for you here one with the source ,one with the image and one with the pc version to check it out. Even if it cant be made for dreamcast get it for pc very nice looken game.
