is their a screenshot plug-in for it and how do i exit devhook?

I don't know of any screenshot plugin, but to exit devhook just turn off your psp. When you turn it back on it will be 1.5 again.

i did, but the only way it works for me is taking out the battery, and i use the NO-Exploit technique, so i got a 32mb for no-exploit and 2gb for homebrew so i swap sticks so its a hassle

swapping memsticks just for nokxploit seems like a big hassle.
why not find a version of devhook with the SCE naming convention or just keep nokxploit on the same stick.Ofcourse there's always custom firmware

custom firmware is confusing and SCE and that whole % thing makes everything unorganized, all my eboots are set with pochi bgs and icons, version numbers so their all nice and schnazy
