Buy a non patched GTA LCS?

I want to buy GTA LCS form play-asia.com, how can i sure its not a patched one.

Please help me get a GTA, i lives in Japan, no where to find it.

i think there's a difference between the covers. anyone?? if there is go to your local store and try looking for one that is old style.
