The current dslinux has no gui right? I was wondering wouldn't It be simple to create a very optmized gui for the dslinux? I wish I knew programming because It seems like something that would be fun to do.

I had been wondering about this, too. I swept over the DSLinux forum but couldn't find anything. I'm sure someone on there knows. If I could have my own GUI on there I would definitely start using it. I'll let you know if I find anything out.

Well, I asked the DSLinux forum guys and they said that there is no full GUI support right now. The main reason seems to be that the DS's 4MB of RAM isn't enough to handle it. That really doesn't supprise me. Apparently, someone is working on making a flash card style RAM expansion thingie. I think. There's also this thing called nano-X that they are calling a kind-of-GUI-but-not-really. I'm not 100% on any of this though, Linux scares me. Anyway, here's the thread:
