Hello,

I was posted in MagicEngine forum about do a dreamcast port, maybe if people collaborate seriously with him he can reconsider his opinion...

You do know that Magic Engine aint a free emulator do you ? So i'd be really surprised if the author ever wants to port it on Dreamcast, and i am not sure of that, but i don't even think that he uses SDL or anything that could be ported to DC, so unless he's doing it all from scratch again, Magic Engine on DC isn't probable. Let's just concentrate on having HUGO ported correctly to Dreamcast instead.

The MagicEngine programmer, David Michel, said that:

I'm too busy at the moment to manage another port but may be one day. :)

So maybe some coder(s) can help him with that? ;)

It's not so easy. Magic engine is a commercial emulator so I doubt David Michel give the source code to anyone. Leave it. Perhaps, as he said, in a future...
