Nintendo's DSi XL will carry a suggested retail price of £159.99.

The news comes from a listing in 'The Future' - the B2B magazine of official UK DSi distributor Gem.

The price is £10 higher than the SRP for a standard DSi, while DS Lites are available for around £100.

The printed SRP corroborates with listings on the likes of Amazon and Play.

Check out the CVG DSi XL review here.

The console will launch this Friday (March 5th).

The price had been confirmed when GameStation began taking pre-orders, I don't think that it would have gone down too well if the retailers had one price and then it went up by £20-30, they know these things.

yep online stores never take pre-orders until they know the rough price or they will heavily over price it, as all online stores in the UK honour the price at the time of pre-order and they only time they change it is if the item goes down on launch then they only take the lower price. (actually had refunds off game when a price went down around a week after launch)
