View Full Version : Getting the most out of the Dreamcast

Now that I finally got over my troubles with burning Genplus (thanks to everyone at dcemulation forums and christuserloeser for writing an awesome guide) I feel an urge to start downloading as much stuff for my dreamcast as possible, not just emulators, but hombrew games and apps would be nice. I'll try to set up a table on which you guys can copy and paste and add stuff onto.
So basically stuff besides emulation, I would like to know what else my dc can offer.:)

~Homebrew Games~
(I have no idea what are the best of the best dc hombrew has to offer)

~Homebrew Apps~
I was hoping to get something along the lines of a video player. I would love to play music videos on my dc,would that be possible.

Also anyother homebrew apps that cannot be passed up, list those too:p

The only other I can think of is Scenedicate. Is it worth the download (40+ mb on dial up:eek: )

Anything else that can help keep my dreamcast away from the attic packaged up with my turbografix-16 would be nice:D

Thank you for taking your time to read and reply to this post.

NesterDC and DreamSNES are the two best emulators in my opinion.

Yeah, the stuff we have at DCEvolution.net (www.dcevolution.net) is a bit big for dial-up... Maybe you can download some of it at a friend ?

Some smaller releases:
