first off sorry if its against the rules to post an idea.

is there anybody who has made anything like winplus for the browser that is a shell?

my thought was a windows shell, where you can have games, apps on the desktop, and in the start menu you can find the rest of homebrew and settings, also where you can customize the desktop icons just a though
