Moonshell staticy auido?

At first I thought it was the ds but now im thinking it might be moonshell. Because the songs even sound staticy when I plug in my headphones. Is there a way to fix this?

Well hes sayuing audio, so hes talking about MP3's MODs, SPC, MIDI, ect

if you have only tried playing MP3's try playing another type of format song and see how it plays
