Moonshell 1.33 - not support ext.MP3/ext.JPEG error

Firstly, apologies if this question has been asked and answered before. I can't find it on any searches.

I have Moonshell v1.33 installed on my DS Lite (with Supercard Mini SD and Super Key)

Videos and text files are working perfectly OK, but every time I try to view a jpeg or mp3, I get the following error messages:

does not support ext.MP3
does not support ext.JPEG

I'm not sure if this is a problem with any of the following:

- Moonshell plugins
- filenames (they are named .jpeg and .mp3, rather than .JPEG and .MP3)
- location of the media files on my DS
- something else!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you installing moonshell using the installer?

Yep, I think so.

I used the Setup.exe provided in the Moonshell package and then chose the location of my Mini SD card (in this case my E: Drive) as the target set-up drive when prompted.

Other settings as follows::

- All 4 options checked in 'Configuration files'
- 'NDS file for Supercard is copied' option in the 'ROM Image' menu
