i say custom fw and devhook allowin 1.5 to have all fw plus able to autoload stuff, listen to mp3s on the xmb, unbrick partial bricked psp's...but thats just IMO ofcourse :D

July 27th, 2006, 22:31

The most usefull now are DevHook and the various downgraders so I say they're the best, the others are all nice but, without these two, homebrew would be dead by now.

July 27th, 2006, 22:44
uhhh. i guess u r right. but with out the exploits for the gta we would not have had the eloader. and with out the eloader we would not have had the downgrader and with out the downgrader devook would only apply to a few sum of people. but devhook is one of the best things around. for now.

Hello World!

It was the first exploit for PSP, starting the homebrew revolution for the PSP.

July 28th, 2006, 00:29

Kxploit with no doubt. It is over a year old, but is still the leading way to play homebrew. All of the downgraders were great, but if Kxploit was never made, then they would mean nothing.

July 28th, 2006, 10:25
I say Kxploit as well

July 28th, 2006, 16:18
i agree all the new stuff is awsome but it wouldent exist with out the kxploit

July 28th, 2006, 17:36

"the best accomplishment in psp, hombrew, or history" was the release of the PSP. without a PSP, PSP homebrew would not be possible!

August 2nd, 2006, 18:28
The greatest homebrew accomplishment on any console will always be the modchip. If it weren't for the modchip there'd still be lots of bricked PSPs and any firmware user would have a chance to enjoy their homebrew and still use all the nifty new features in the newest firmware releases.

August 7th, 2006, 20:53
i dissagree the modchip isent the best

August 13th, 2006, 12:06
Theres too many to count! From Hello World to DevHook, CheatDevice to 2.50/2.60 downgraders, theres just too many!

August 13th, 2006, 12:20
Kxploit with out a doubt thanks to thoes great guys from Spain for making this. But the downgraders and Dev hook are equally important now.

August 13th, 2006, 12:56
There are many unbelievable development in the psp scene without any one of these we would not have the monster homebrew machine we have.I don't really know If I can put one above the rest.
