NeoGeo stuff

didnt know where to post this so here goes.

is there anyway to convert or port a NeoGeo ROM (.zip with some .roms in it) to NeoGeoCD ? ive got some homebrew stuff id like to try on NeoCD since most NeoGeo emulators dont seem to work that fast.

Neogeo cd is fullspeed with cdda stereo cd sound but you have no sfx at this point. I dont know of any way but the offical neogeo dev kit.
