Most stable emulator?

Alright, I have a PSP and I cant be bothered with buying a DS at this moment.

So I was wondering, whats the most stable or latest DS Emulator for the PC?
I know there are tons of sites, but tons of them are outdated.

I would have to say NO$GBA. It's stable and can run DS and GBA games.
