I love my Neo Geo Pocket, but I really hate the DC Neo Geo Pocket Emulator. Recently a new version of neopop sdl came out. Coders, take a peak.

Hey that seems very interesting it looks like its also SDL which means its possible for it to be portable

;D Quzar is currently working on this but afaik he needs some assistance because he had problems to get the ROMs working.

yea i got it to compile and run for a bit, but then it sort of just crashes no matter what i do. for now i have sort of set it aside to work on other stuff, built up experience then come back to it.

Sorry, i didnt notice that the first post had a link. not doin to well today :P . Ill try some time soon to port the new version, see what sort of success i have, but my main problems were in the core, so i dont know how much a new interface will help.

Man. They gave you vicodin? They only gave me percoset when I got mine out (of course, that was 8 years ago, so I'm not even sure if they were using vicodin then)

the neo geo pocketDC wasn't so terrible. but a new version with sound would be cool too.

yea, this stuff is strong as hell. at first i only took half of one,cause my mom said that when she first took it that really smacked her =P. But half did nothing. After that I took a whole one and was like, hrm nothing. Then all of a sudden it was like... woosh WOAH... :o :o ;D

MNGDC, its there, but can only play roms of 4mb or less, also it is slow. I plan on taking a serious look at it once the new Z80 emu comes out. By then I will have started school though and i really have no clue as to how busy I will be.

nope nope. dont expect anything from me until the end of august. not only am i trying to finish my homebrew game before august 15th, but at around the same time ill be moving (to college) so i really wont be working on anything until at least i get the homebrew finished.
