can this version 2.80 be downgraded to 1.5 if it can will someone help me?

as of right now, the PSP FW 2.7x and 2.8 cannot run homebrew (aside from the Flash homebrew games , but they dont count really)

just wait though, an exploit will come eventually. they always do.

Well I know stock PSP's don't come equipped yet with firmware above 2.71 so you are a fool who upgraded your PSP =O
