.DPG converting procblems

Im trying to convert a mpeg to dpg and everytime i start onverting, it tells me :
"the audio stream was not able to be acquired please try another method"

What do i do to fix this so i can convert?:confused:

I think it means that the .mpeg extention isnt acctaully what its encoded in, try re-encoding it to .avi and see what happens
