Okay, Well Heya Everyone!!!

I'm here just to make sure that i get all the right things, i understand most of the products like the SC SD mini, but i just need to know what i would need for flashing my DS, Im making a list and then im going to study alot about the parts just to makes sure:D

What im going to get for a normal DS:

-Super Card SD Mini To GBA

-Sandisk Campact Flash Card 1GB

-Super Pass Key

Now a few Questions, is there any specific versions of the above products i need to watch out for?

And what other things will i need other then a computer?

Thanks in advanced, hopefully i dont sound too noobish :o

And one other thing, I have been looking through the DS forums but i was wondering if anyone has been working on a Phoning Program for the DS like VoIP, i dont think its impossible is it? Okay well thats about it!

Yeah there is. The fake ones. Fake Supercards were popping up a lot recently, don't know if this is still the case. Just make sure you order from a well known supplier.

I hope you aren't planning on using a Compact Flash card in a Supercard mini SD. mini SD is the type of memory it uses, Compact Flash is totally different. You'll also need an SD card reader to get the files from your comp to the card if you don't already have one.

You should be fine with what you mentioned, so long as you get a mini SD flash card. And yes you can flash it with those things.

The VoIP question: I don't know of any working program right now. MSN and I think AIM are working, but I haven't seen any voice chat ones. Skype would be cool, but I don't know if the DS could do that (maybe with a headset?).

I think if you are willing to pay more you should get a version of the M3 (Compact Flash, SD, or mini-SD) I'm planing on getting a M3 CF because it has the best compatibility, i dont mind the size of it sticking out of the DS because it doesnt really affect how well i can put it in my pocket lol

oh M3 also has the best GBA compatibility also, and i havent seen a fake M3, and yes make sure you get a flash card that corresponds to your adapter

Soooo... instead of Sandisk Compact Flash Card 1GB, (cus thats what i saw i should've got before the mini SD) i should get one of These (http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0926INGFS10064253&catid=20093)?

I dunno if that would work but it is Mini SD.
Thanks again for the info already and does this stuff come with the USB connector?

Yeah, that will most definitely work. Trying to put a Compact Flash card in a mini SD card slot would be like trying to put a square peg in a round hole, a very very large square peg.

If you can spare the extra money, you might want to consider an M3 over the Supercard. Supercards aren't terrible or anything, it's just that the M3 is typically just a little bit better with rom compatibility, firmware updates, and you can skin the interface.

Here's an M3 mini SD bundle (http://www.realhotstuff.com/mini-passcard-sandisk-minisd-minisdmmc-reader-p-94.html) from Real Hot Stuff w/ a 1GB card, reader, and Passcard 3.
And a Supercard mini SD bundle (http://www.realhotstuff.com/minisd-superkey-sandisk-minisd-minisd-reader-p-87.html) from the same people.
I would go for a bundle because it'll probably be a bit cheaper than buying individually.

Edit: Gamersection is fine. Though you may want to look at the Superkey over the Superpass, it's much much smaller and does the same thing more or less.
