PSP Region Change (IDStorage)

My Question Is I Have A PSP 1004 Which Has A Default PSP Region Of Europe I Would Like To Know If It Is Possible To Change The Region On That PSP To A PSP 1003 UK ?

I know You Can Change Your Region Despertar Del Cementerio v8, But This Only Allows You To Change Your Region To :

- Europe
-Japan
-America

So I would Like To Know If It Can Be Done By Using A Homebrew Application Or Does It Have To Be Done Manually And If Any One Would be kind Enough To Give Me Tip And Help.

I Also Know How To Dump And Restore Keys Form The IDStorage If That Is Help Full.
