Edit: Nevermind. I got the inducer working. I am so excited!
I'm trying to follow this DC Emulation Tutorial:

Now, apparently, someone took this from a text file that was in a zip file which had other files I need. Anyone know where to get the elusive zip file?
If not, maybe someone could help me find an alternate method. I don't have Neo or Dicjuggler anad don't plan on getting it. That's why I wanted to use the plain file method... any help would be appreciated.
