i got it installed.....put all the files into the cheat folder....
load up cheat device and then load up the lib city stunt project then it sorta like......the game goes for half a second then stops for 3 seconds then goes again for half then 3 seconds.....it did this for about 10 minutes and nothing happened really...
is this just how slow it runs.....if so that suuucks....
maybe it needs to load?
