If you want to clear up your Rom Browser so you don't have loads of dark links (ie parent roms that don't work) simply unzip the parent roms and the clone roms, then re zip them all in one zip and call the zip the same as the clone that works. For example to get Marvel Vs Capcom to work i needed MVSC and MVSCA. I unzipped all the files from both zips and placed them all in one zip file called MVSCA (the name of the clone rom that appeared white in the rom broswer) Now i only have the one working Marvel Vs Capcom link in the file broswer, and it all saves abit of space on your memory card too. Don't worry if a few files get overwritten when placing all files in one zip. It still works.
Note: Only the parent rom needs to be cached. Do this before you start opening and joining all the zips...
