I'll have to go a bit further back to King's Quest IV when King Graham has a heart attack, that and all the great music in the game make it a sad but magical tale!

I've never played FF7 and most likely never will (unless there is a new version for PS3). Even so, for me it has to be Crisis Core, man... no matter how hard you try, Zack dies T_T

I've got to include the ending of final fantasy X,
its also one of the best endings of any game i've played!
